DHANI ENTERPRISE is one of many big companies in Indonesia which focus on tourism sector. Their hotel “Tama Hotel” and resort spreads out on several big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Palembang, Semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar. Luxury services hotel and resort become a mind mark for high class person on that big cities. In case, DHANI ENTERPRISE is one of role model of success companies in Indonesia because of their big income every month.
The problem was start since the last ten months. Decreases of income, increases of complaint from visitors about the services of attendant, and many of attendance cases are three big symptoms that appear. Then, the manager meeting took several decisions such as applies shift mechanism of work, punishment, and increase the employee’s salary every three months.
The result is quite significant. Big Three Symptoms show decrease trend and manager of human resource development says that the performance of employee shows increase trend. But, that stable conditions not hold out in a long period. The big three symptoms comeback every last half of three month salary increases. Let us attend to below graphic for more information.
